WHILE THE EMPLOYEE WAS CHECKING THE OIL IN THE DREDGE MOTOR, HIS FOOT SLIPPED, CAUSING HIM TO FALL ON A PIPE. THE EMPLOYEE BRUISED HIS RIGHT RIB CAGE AND WAS GIVEN A PRESCRIPTION AFTER SEEING A DOCTOR.
