M.L. Joseph Sand & Gravel Inc. · Fall from ladders

Employee was removing one end of 10" rubber hose; employee removed the bolts on one side of the flange then EE moved ladder to remove remaining bolts. The hose sprung loose on bottom, knocked EE off ladder.
