EE WAS LUBRICATING A BEARING OF A CONVEYOR AND SLIP FROM EQUIPMENT FRAME. HE TRY HOLD FROM THE DOOR OF THE DISCHARGE FOR AVOID A FALL TO THE EQUIPMENT PLATFORM 10 FT HEIGHT APPROX. BUT THE DOO R OPENED UP AND HIT HIM ON HIS ARM.
