Oldcastle SW Group, Inc · Fall to the walkway or working surface

EE was pulling weeds from the long belt. Lost footing and tripped over a rock. Causing a knee dislocation of the left knee. The foreman on site took EE to the nearest hospital for doctors to recorrect the limb.
