Employee was climbing into the cab of the excavator. His foot slipped on the track and he fell. He injured his right shoulder during the fall. He was holding the handrail with his right hand. He went to an orthopedic surgeon on 1/28/13 and had an MRI which showed he had a rotator cuff tear. He is on light duty until his scheduled surgery on 2/20/13.

EE was getting ready to install a new battery terminal on the customer's PC400LC-5L. He was cleaning the corrosion off of the existing terminal, using a wire brush, when a piece of corrosion flew into his eye underneath his safety glasses.
