Hilty Quarries Inc · (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was loading a pit truck with a 980G cat loader. The employee suffered from a medical condition. 911 was called and he was life flighted to the trauma center in Kansas City, MO. The employee died on 6/23/15 due to non-work related health issues.
