EMPLOYEE WAS USING AN ELECTRIC IMPACT WRENCH TO CHANGE SCREENS. EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING NUT FROMT EH IMPACT SOCKET AND ACCIDENTLY BUMPED THE TRIGGE WHICH SCREWED THE NUT ONTO HIS INDEX FINGER.
