THE EMPLOYEE WAS OEPRATING A FRONT END LOADER WHEN A BLOOD VESSEL BROKE INSIDE HIS BRAIN. WHILE TRYING TO GET OUT OF HIS LOADER HE CUT HIS RIGHT ARM AND HAND ON THE STEERING WHEEL.

HE STEPPED FROM CAB OF DRAGLINE ONTO THE TRACK OF THE DRAGLINE. THERE WAS WET LIME ON THE TRACK CAUSING HIM TO SLIP. HE FELL HITTING HIS BUTT ON THE TRACK. EVIDENTLY THE SUDDEN JERK SPRUNG HIS NECK.
