ON 6/9/00, HE BENT DOWN TO PICK UP SOMETHING & COMPLAINED OF A PULLED MUSCLE. HE CONTINUED TO WORK. THIS WASN'T CONSIDERED A REPORTABLE ACCIDENT TO US UNTIL HE MISSED WORK ON 6/19/00; HIS DO CTOR'S OFFICE CALLED US TO VERIFY THAT WORKER'S COMP WOULD PAY FOR HIS VISIT. THIS WAS 1ST INDICATION THAT HE HAD A REPORTABLE INJURY. HE WAS ABSENT FROM WORK 6/19/00-6/24/00; RETURNED 6/26.
