Employee tripped while walking up stairs (5) to office and strained his right knee, he has a history of knee problems and we have scheduled an MRI for a possible cartilage tear.

EE WAS CUTTING WIPERS FOR HEAD PULLEY WHEN THE CUTTER SLIPPED AND CUTH THE FLESHY AREA BELOW THE THUMB. HE WENT IN FOR STITCHES AND THE ACCIDENT WAS TREATED AS FIRST AID. BY CONTINUING TO USE IT AT WORK AND DIRT BIKES IT WAS NOT HEALING RIGHT WHEN HE WENT IN TO HAVE STITCHES REMOVE. THE DR REQUESTED HE TAKE THREE DAYS OFF AND COME BACK ON FRIDAY.
