EE HAD BEEN OPENING UPS FREIGHT BOXES AND SHE WENT IN TO THE NEXT ROOM TO GET SOME WATER, WHENSHE RETURNED SHE ATTEMPTED TO STEP OVER A BOX & FELL.

EMPLOYEE WAS USING A 16LB. SLEDGE HAMMER TO LOOSEN WEDGES ON CONE CRUSHER. HE HAD BEEN RUNNING AROCK BREAKER AND THE PAIN HAD REALLY GOTTEN WORSE.

EE WAS CUTTING WIPERS FOR HEAD PULLEY WHEN THE CUTTER SLIPPED AND CUTH THE FLESHY AREA BELOW THE THUMB. HE WENT IN FOR STITCHES AND THE ACCIDENT WAS TREATED AS FIRST AID. BY CONTINUING TO USE IT AT WORK AND DIRT BIKES IT WAS NOT HEALING RIGHT WHEN HE WENT IN TO HAVE STITCHES REMOVE. THE DR REQUESTED HE TAKE THREE DAYS OFF AND COME BACK ON FRIDAY.
30 YEARS OF OPERATING HAS EFFECTED HIS LOWER BACK AND CHIROPRACTOR HE WENT TO SAID IT WAS PINCHED NERVE FROM BEING ON HEAVY DUTY EQUIP. IT HAS NOT IMPROVED AND WE FEEL HE SHOULD HAVE IT CHECKE D OUT BY A MEDICAL DR.
