EE WAS REMOVING FACE WIRE FROM THE BARGE AND HE WAS SWINGING, PULLING THE WIRE ROPE INTO POSITION ON THE BOAT, AND HE STRAINED HIS BACK. THIS ACCIDENT IS BEING REPORTED ALTHOUGH IT OCCURED WHI LE ON A BOAT ON THE OHIO RIVER, AND NOT ON MSHA INSPECTED PERMITTED PROPERTY.
