EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING A SAMPLE FROM FOOT STOCK PILE AT THE BASE OF PILE, USING THE SAMPLE TUBE. WHILE SHOVING THE TUBE INTO THE PILE, EE TWISTED HIS HIP CAUSING PAIN IN RIGHT HIP. NOTE: THE REASON THIS INCIDENT WAS NOT REPORTED TIMELY WAS DUE TO WEATHER, THIS WAS AN EXISTING CONDITION NOT MADE AWARE OF UNTIL 10/08/04.
