WITNESS STATED INJURED WAS TRAVELING TOO FAST AND LOST CONTROL, BROUGHT DUMPSTER TO A STOP BUT WAS ALREADY OFF ON LOOSE EDGE RESULTING IN DUMPSTER SLIDING OFF INTO POND TIPPING OVER. (INJURED STATES ROAD GAVE WAY.)
