Employee was washing out under the primary hopper, went to move and struck EE's head on the corner of the cooling fan knocking EE's hard hat off. As the employee was standing back up after picking up EE's hard hat, EE struck EE's unprotected head on the same cooling fan, resulting in a head laceration that required stitches.

While installing a steel plate as a divider, the plate slipped causing the employees fingers to be pinched between plates resulting in laceration injuries to ring and pinky finger that needed stitches.

EE was working to change skirting material from a skirt board, when the utility knife EE was using slipped off of the skirting material striking the EE on the right forearm causing a laceration that took 8 sutures to close.
