REPLACING A SECTION OF 6" WATERLINE THAT HAD RUSTED OUT PORTABLE GRINDER WAS BEING USED TO FIT THE NEW PIECE OF PIPE IN PLACE DURING THE GRINDING OPERATION THE GRINDING DISC MADE CONTACT WITH LEFT WRIST RESULTING IN A CUT ON LEFT WRIST
PUTTING TWO PIECES 123/4 O.D. STEEL PIPE TOGETHER WITH RUBBER SLEEVE CONNECTOR AND CLAMPS, FOOT SLIPPED AND HE FELL ON LEFT RIB CAGE.
