EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING THE BACK OF DUMP BODY OF TRUCK IN GARAGE AND A PIECE OF HOT METLA FELL ON THE HOSE.THE HOSE STARTED TO BURN.THE EMPLOYEE RAN TO SHUT OFF THE TANKS AND HIT HIS HEAD ON THE METAL SUPPORT BAR ON THE BACK OF TRUCK.
