EMPLOYEE WAS DRYING OFF AFTER HIS SHOWER. HIS LOCKER DOOR WAS OPEN AND HE STRUCK THE EDGE OF THE DOOR WITH HIS HAND. THE LOCKER DOOR HAS A SHARP EDG. THIS INCIDENT RESULTED IN A LACERATION, EX TENSOR TENDON, LEFT INDEX FINGER, CAUSING HIM TO LOSE TIME FROM WORK.
