A CONTRACT EMPLOYEE WAS ACCUSING SUBJECT OF UNSAFE DRIVING TO MINING SUPERVISOR, CLAIMING HE HADSPLASHED MUD ON HIM THE PREVIOUS FRIDAY. SUBJECTWAS WITHIN HEARING DISTANCE & DENIED THIS, CALLI NG HIM A LIAR. AT THIS POINT CONTRACT EMPLOYEE STRUCK VICTIM IN BACK OF THE HEAD WITH HIS FIST.HE CONTINUED TO HIT VICTIM, KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND. TWO CO-WORKERS PULLED HIM OFF.

TWO EMPLOYEES WERE CHANGING A RIPPER TOOTH ON A D8 DOZER. INJURED BEAT AROUND THE TOOTH TO LOOSEN IT. HE HIT THE TOP EDGE, A CHIP CAME OFF PENETRATING HIS LEFT LEG.
