EE WAS PLACING A PLANK ON A PONTOON AND SAND DIGGER WHEN THE PLANK SLIPPED. EE COMPENSATED BY PUTTING HIMSELF ON SOLID GORUND WHEN THE PLANK SLIPPED AGAIN. A PIECE OF ANGLE IRON HIT THE EE IN THE CHEST AND CHIN. THE ANGLE IRON PUT A CUT IN THE EE S CHIN.

EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO LOOSEN DIFFERENTIAL DRAIN PLUG ON THE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL OF A CATEPILLAR 966 LOADER IN ORDER TO DRAIN THE OIL.THE WRENCH BEING USED SLIPPED AND EMPLOYEE FELL BACKWARD HI TTING HIS HEAD ON THE LOADER HOIST ARM.THIS CAUSED A LIGHT CONCUSSION TO THE BACK OF THE EMPLOYEES HEAD.

WHILE TIGHTENING THE BOLTS ON A JET PUMP WHICH IS USED ON A DREDGE, THE WRENCH SLIPPED AND SMASHED THE EMPLOYEE'S FINGERNAIL BETWEEN THE FRAME OF THE JET PUMP AND THE WRENCH. THE FINGERNAIL WA S EXTRACTED FROM THE RING FINGER OF THE RIGHT HAND OF THE EMPLOYEE.
