Employee was cutting an oil tube with a torch, when hot air pressure burned his face, left arm, and a little bit of the neck.

Employee was drilling hole in pit with air track drill and reached down to turn drill bit to see if air was coming out. The bit caught his first, middle and ring fingers cutting and removing parts of each finger.
