EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A ROCK TRUCK, HE WAS LIFTING AN ABLE AND PLANETARY WHEN HE DROPPED IT ON HIS LEFT FOOT.

EE WAS HOISTING AND HOLDING A PIECE OF METAL IN PLACE WHILE HIS FELLOW EE TACKED IT IN PLACE. THE PIECE OF METAL SLIPPED FROM HIS HANDS AND FELL ON HIS LEGS AND FEET. NO BONES WERE BROKEN, HOW EVER HE WILL PROBABLY MISS 2 OR 3 DAYS WORK DUE TO SORENESS.
EE WAS LOADING BLAST HOLES WITH BUCKETS OF ANFO. THE BENCH BLAST AREA WAS NOT ACCESS IBLE BY TRUCK.
