MIDDLE BRIDGE STARTED MOVING UP WHICH CAUSED BAC K BRIDGE TO BEGIN TO SWIVEL. BACK BRIDGE OPERATOR TRIED TO REENTER HIS DECK AND GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE DECK AND RIB.
