Capital Materials, LLC · Fall from machine

Employee had loaded a Sandvik Ranger 800 drill onto the lowboy to move locations. The employee crawled up on the lowboy then the drill to add fuel. As EE was fueling EE slipped off the track of the drill and fell approx. 5 feet to the ground. EE as taken to the ER and found nothing to be broken. EE was not put on any restrictions but was given something for the pain at er.
