EE WAS SEATED IN THE 730 ROCK TRUCK HE WAS OPERATING AND BEING LOADED BY THE 3600 HITACHI EXCAVATOR. HE STATES A LG. ROCK FELL FROM THE BUCKET OF THE EXCAVATOR INTO THE BED OF HIS TRUCK, JARRI NG HIM AND KNOCKING HIS GLASSES OFF HIS FACE. HEALSO STATES HE REC'D ADD'L JOLTS FROM LG. ROCKS THROUGHOUT THE REMAINDER OF THE SHIFT. EE DID NOT EXPERIENCE PAIN UNTIL AFTER THE SHIFT AND ALS
