Harris Trucking & Construction Company · Struck by... (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was struck in the right leg by a cone crusher while trying to remove the cone from the frame. His leg was bruised and he returned to work for 9 days. His leg then became infected 10/19/2010 and had to be drained and antibiotics were administered making this a reportable case.

Harris Trucking & Construction Company · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

EE was negligent for exiting the truck without setting the brake, attempting to repair an electrical problem without shutting off the power source, standing between the truck duals under a raised loaded box. The employee became pinned beneath the rear wheels of the truck. His left ankle and leg leg below the knee was broken. The femur in his right leg was broken.
