THERE WAS CRACK IN ROOF AT ONE FOOT UP. THESTEEL GOT CAUGHT IN THIS CRACK AND BROKE WITH THE OPERATOR WAS HOLDING. THE MACHINE AND ALL TEMPERARY SUPPORT WAS IN A SAFE OPERATING CONDITION.
