EXTINGUISHERS WERE USED BUT WERE IN EFFECTIVE. THE FIRE CAUGHT AT THE SCREEN PANELS & CONTINUED UP THROUGH AN ADDITIONAL SCREEN & CONVEYOR - 911 WAS CALLED.

UPON IMPACT HE STRUCK HIS C HIN & LEG ON THE SIDES OF THE CHANNEL. IMPACT LACERATED HIS CHIN BROKE HIS JAW INJURED HIS BACK & BRUISED HIS RIGHT LEG.
