EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING THE HEAD GATE SHEAR DRUM FROM THE RANGING ARM HUB. THE DRUM SUDDENLY GAVE LOOSE ADN CAUGHT EMLOYEE BETWEEN DRUM AND THE COAL FACE. RESULT WAS FATAL IN JURY TO THE EMPLOYEE.
