3 recordedIn the Main A section, number 5 entry in the intersection of crosscut 139 at station spad #2994. While walking past a rib, a rock measuring approximately 5'x2'x18" fell out striking the victim.
Miner Operator was tramming into cut. When he positioned the miner onto sights, the mining machine was on a knuckle on the bottom causing it to swing in his direction, pinning him against the rib with the tail of the mining machine.
