C.M. HAD COMPLETED THE ENTRY CUT AND TURNED THE ENTRANCE TO ADJACENT X-CUT TO RIGHT,UNKNOWINGLY MINING UNDER GEOLIGIC ABNORMALITY IN THICKNESS OF COAL SEAM WHICH PINCHED DOWN FROM 20\\ OF TOP COAL TO 8\\ OVER DISTANCE OF 30\ CAUSING COLLAPSE OF STRATA WHEN IT SEPARATED WITHOUT APPARENT WARNING.
