HELPING ON C.M. IN #2 ENTRY WHEN ROOF FALL FELL.,UNDER SUPPORTED ROOF -BOLTS 36\\LONG WITH STRAPS.FALL WAS 32\LONG X 8\WIDE X 7.5\THICK.CANOPY ON C.M. BADLY DAMAGED. BODIES WERE LOCATED RIGHT SIDE OF ENTRY 15\ FROM DECK OF CM AND 3\ IN BY EDGE OF FALL.
