DRIVER LEFT THE ENGINE ON DRIVER DISMOUNTED TRUCK THE TRUCK SUDDENLY ACELAERATED AND DRIVER WAS RUN OVER BY REAR LEFT TIRES APPORXIMATELY 40 FEET FROM POINT UNDER THE LOADING BIN TRUCK TRAVE APPROXIMATELY 150 FEET MORE WHERE IT WAS STOPPED BY A DITCH NEXT TO HAULING ROAD TRUCK WAS RUNNING IN FIRST GEAR AND ALL BRAKES WERE ENGAGED NO OTHER INJURIES INVOLVED
