VICTIM WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CLEANING THE BENCH IN PREPARATION FOR DRILLING HE WAS APPROXIMAT ELY 35FT BELOW A SUBLEVEL UNDER A BLUFF WHEN HE WASSTRUCK BY LOOSE ROCK THAT FELL FROM THE RIM OR RUCK HIM ON SIDE OF HEAD AND SHOULDER CAUSING FATAL INJURIES VICTIM WAS WORKING ALONE ON AN APPARENT 45 DEGREE SLOPE & WAS PROPERLY TIED OFF WITH SAFETY BELT & LINE
