THIS LOADER OPERATOR RAN OVER SPILLED MUCK ALONG THE RIGHT RIB IN A TRACK HAULAGE DRIFT, AND THE MAN WAS STRUCK BY THE CHUTE OPPOSITE THE SPILLAGE. THE LOADER THEN RAN INTO THE COMPRESSED AIR LINE ALONG THE RIGHT RIB CAUSING THE AIR LINE TO BLOW APART BEFORE THE LOADER CAME TO A STOP WITH THE BUCKET AGAINST THE RIGHT RIB. THE LOADER WAS FOUND IN SECOND GEAR APPROX. SEVENTY FEET FR
