THE COAL HAULAGE TRUCK WAS HAULING COAL DOWN THE MAIN HAULAGE ROAD TO THE PREPARATION PLANT WHEN THE EMPLOYEE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE TRUCK LEFT THE ROADWAY IN A CURVE ANS APPARENTLY ROLLED AT LEAST ONCE THROWING THE OPERATOR OUT OF THE VEHICLE.
