VICTIM WAS DRILLING WITH JUMBO IN HEADING ON CHEROKEE 18N17 SUB 6 WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY BAULK GROUND WHICH FELL FROM APPROXIMATELY 4FT OVERHEAD STRIKING HIM APPARENTLY KILLING HIM INSTANTLY FR OM ACUTE FRACTURE OF NECK THE GROUND WAS APPROX 3FT IN DIAMETER 4IN THICK WEIGHED APPROX 300-400LBS
