DECEASED WAS PREPARING TO DRILL HEADING.HE WAS ON JUMBO DECK WITH PARTNER.BAULK GROUND FELL FROM BACK DIRECTLY OVER THEM STRIKING BOTH MEN.I.NAME RECEIVED SKULL FRACTURE WITH MASSIVE INJ OF PO STERIOR PARIETAL-OCCIPITAL REGION CAUSING HIS DADEATH.
