DECEASED ELECTED TO MOVE A MINER FROM OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE PROTECTIVE CAB. WHILE STANDING ON THE FOOTWALL HE PLACED HIS LEFT FOOT ON THE DEADMAN CONTROL AND REACHED INSIDE TO THE CONTRO LS. HE ACTIVATED ONLY THE LEFT TRAM TRACK WHICH CAUSED THE MINER TO SLEW TO THE RIGHT, CATCHING HIM BETWEEN THE CAB AND THE RIB
