THE DECEASED WAS ROOF BOLTING IN A OVERCAST AREA THAT HAD BEEN SHOT OUT WITH EXPLOSIVE. HE WAS INSTALLING A ROOF BOLT ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE FLETCHER ROOF BOLT MACHINE. WHEN A ROCK 3 FT X 2 F T X 9 FT FELL FROM THE ROOF STRIKING HIM FROM THE BACK.
