DECEASED WAS SLIDING DOWN THE 4000 X 42" WIDE X 17 DEGREE SLOPE BELT THAT WAS STOPPED. HE APPARENTLY GAINED SO MUCH SPEED THAT HE COULD NOT DTOP. HIS HEAD STRUCK A PART OF A VENTILATION REGULA TOR SET ACROSS THE BELT. HE THEN STRUCK THE REAR PORTION OF THE COAL LOADING CHUTE, FEET FIRST
