AS A RESULT OF 7HE ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION IT WAS DETERMINED THE 542 D-8 CAT DOZER, BEING OPERATED BY THE VICTIM, ENTERED THE 14 COAL HOPPER. THE VICTIM CLIMBED, FELL, OR WAS THROWN FROM THE CA B OF THE DOZER,3HE THEN FELL THROUGH THE HOPPER, ONTO THE FEEDER BELT AND CARRIED TO THE 2 WASHBOX WHERE HE WAS DISCOVERED.
