VICTIM WAS ON #2 STOKER BELT LINE WHEN BELT WAS STARTED TO RECLAIM COAL FROM STORAGE VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED THROUGH AN AREA OF APPROX 5 INCH CLEARANCE THROUGH A CHUTE AND INTO A RAIL CAR CAUSI NG MASSIVE HEAD3AND CHEST INJURIES RESULTING IN HIS DEATH
