UTHE FIELD ERECTION CREW WAS CLEANING ENDS OF WIRE ROPE IN PREPARATION FOR APPLYING WIRE ROPE SOCKETS THE CLEANING AGENT WAS GASOLINE. THE GASLINE IGNITED AND COVERED THE UPPER PART OF I NAME S BODY APPROX. 60% OF I NAME UPPER BODY RECEIVED THIRD DEGREE BURNS.
