EMPLOYEE WERE CHANGING OUT A FLOAT PUMP. A TEMPORARY FLOAT WAS IN PLACE TO SUPPORT THE CATWALK. THE FLOAT CAPSIZED AND THE MEN JUMPED OFF THE CATWALK INTO THE WATER. I,NAME COULD NOT SWIM AND DORWNED AS A RESULT.
