INJURED WAS REMOVING A REBOUND BOLT OFF THE RIGHT SPRING OF A LOWBOY TRUCK.THE LEAF SPRINGS HAD SHIFTED PASSED THE REBOUND BOLT.AFTER REMOVING A NUT HE BACKED THE BOLT UNTIL IT BINDED AT AN AN GLE.THEN HE TORCHED IT PART-WAY THROUGH AND BEAGN HITTING THE SPRING WITH A #8 SLEDGE HAMMER WHEN THE BOLT BROKE LOOSE.THE LOOSE SPRING CAUGHT THE HAMMER,SLAMMED AGAINST THE TRUCK FRAME BROKE
