EMPLOYEE ENTERED AN INBY END OF ABANDONED WORKING SEALED WHICH HAD BEEN PORPERLY MARKED AND WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT THE AREA WAS NOT TO BE ENTERED. THE EMPLOYEE'S LOCATION AND POSITION WAS NO T A PART OF HIS ASSIGNED TOUR OF DUTIES, HE HAD FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT THE AREA WAS RESTRICTED AND WAS NOT INSTRUCTED BY COMPANY SUPERVISION TO BE WITHIN SAID LOCATION.
