THE ACCIDENT BETWEEN THE 2ND & 3RD BREAK. THEY WERE CLEANING UP A ROCK FALL. I,NAME WAS OPERATING THE SCOOP TO CLEAN UP THE ROCK, WHEN A ROCK FROM THE ROOF FELL AND HIT HIM IN THE HEAD.
