TRUCK DRIVER WAS HAULING MATERIAL FROM THE PIT STOCKPILE TO THE PLANT WHEN APPARENTLY HE BECAME UNCONCIOUS DUE TO AN ADVANCED CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITION, LOST CONTROL OF THE TRUCK AND DROVE INT O THE WATER FILLED PIT (LAKE) AND DROWNED.
