INDIVIDUAL WAS PERFORMING DUTIES AS SECTION FOREMAN.IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE SECTION FOREMAN ASSUMED A POSITION WHICH WAS NOT VISIBLE TO THE SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR.THE SECTION FOREMAN WAS STRU CK BY THE SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR.THE SECTION FOREMAN WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE MINE SITE BY PIKE COUNTY (KY) COUNTY CORONER.
