UNKNOWN REASON FOR EMPLOYEE HAVING HIS HEAD OVER THE BOOM OF THE LEE NORSE BOLT MACHINE ADN RAISING THE BOOM CRUSHING HIS HEAD AGAINST THE ROOF WITH THE BOOM OF THE BOLT MACHINE.
